Message	If you can get the nose of a propane torch in there without toasting anything else, might fit if the intake manifold is off. Other than that, pounding a big extractor in there as mentioned or instead of cutting the plastic covers, drill the bolts out until it cuts off head and pull the cover off the remaining stud.
